The 56th Annual Festival will be held throughout Labor Day Weekend, August 29th, 30th, 31st and September 1st, 2008.  Gala Premiere is Friday at 6pm - advance tickets only. Festival Gates are open on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 6pm, and on Monday from 9am to 5pm.

The Festival is located at Marinship Park and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Bay Model Visitor Center on the historic Sausalito waterfront, where Liberty Ships were built during World War II.  Known for attracting artists long before the Golden Gate Bridge was constructed, Sausalito's unique cultural community continues to attract artists and art enthusiasts year round.

The Blue & Gold Fleet, departing from Fisherman's Wharf/Pier 41—San Francisco, docks directly at the Festival Pier as well as the downtown Sausalito Ferry Landing. The Combined Ferry-Festival Ticket Package includes sailings directly to and from the Festival Pier. Golden Gate Ferry offers ferry service from the San Francisco Ferry Building to the downtown Sausalito Ferry Landing. Please see the Golden Gate Ferry website for the special Labor Day schedules.
